Ferdinand’s successor only got a few additional details, but it completes the collection. Despite its just 500 parts, it is a large model that can easily take on the Tiger.

Instructions
Construction
The elephant’s lower part of the hull is not built with large plates. Instead, we build with plates and bricks rotated by 90 degrees.
After the base has been created, the large plates are then used. These stabilize the whole and form the basis for the chassis.
We widen the model with more colorful plates and recreate the shape with hinges.
Since the elephant does not have a turret, the structure is placed directly on the hull with large bricks. We cover everything with plenty of colorful tiles and then come to the rollers.
Finally, only the tracks and the gun have to be built. This can only be moved up and down. There are 2 minifigures in the set, but they are employees of the museum. In contrast to the soldiers, these were also printed on the back.
Conclusion:
Unfortunately this beautiful model is no longer in production. But there will probably be a successor at some point, which I will of course also build and compare with this one. As an older model, it’s not quite as detailed as the newer ones.
