When it comes to special vehicles apart from the usual tanks, COBI is always a good place to go. In the Executive Edition you get the Sd.Kfz.7/1 in combination with a Flakvierling.

Construction
The beginning closely resembles a tank from the 1:48 series. But as soon as the front with the radiator grille has been placed, it is clear which vehicle it is. The loading area is built from large and partly printed tiles. However, an inaccurate fit means that the hinges can only be set with a lot of effort on one side. It reminds me a bit of Quan Guan. However, the chains do surprisingly well unless you’re trying on smooth acrylic.
The Flakviering is a somewhat more delicate work and consists of many small parts. The mechanics work quite well, even if the inclination is rather small. You should hardly meet an airplane like that. Like the vehicle, the gun has many printed stones.
Conclusion:
The half-track vehicle is not COBI’s greatest innovation and has already been released in many variants. For the collector, however, it is a beautifully detailed and not exactly cheap model for the showcase.
