The TOG II is a rather rare representative among the interlocking brick sets. So far only COBI and Quan Guan have tried it. However, this means that Reobrix has a serious opponent that is difficult to beat.

Construction
Technical blocks are used for the basic structure, which give the chassis greater stability. The tracks are then put on straight away. At this point they run very well. Unfortunately, that will change later. After that, a base made of plates is created, onto which we then build the engine. This is fixed and cannot be easily removed. The driver gets a seat and of course a few grenades are also included.
Next up are the side armor. This is a bit unstable and also hinders the tracks. The model can now only be pushed with a lot of jerking and snagging. A few covers and tiles later, it’s the turn of the turret. Due to the unstable substructure, it’s difficult to attach it. The doors on the sides are helpful here. You can use your fingers to give the turret a little more support from below. The only print in the entire set is the nameplate. Everything else is solved using transfer stickers.
Conclusion:
To be honest, I expected more for a collaboration with World of Tanks. In direct comparison with COBI and Quan Guan, this TOG 2 looks rather pathetic. The pastel yellow does not correspond at all to the darker tan that can be seen in all the pictures. Reobrix did not really follow the original. In old pictures you can see that the front area in particular differs significantly. This model bears no resemblance to the TOG 2 from the Bovington Museum. At least there are bonus codes for new and existing World of Tanks players.
