The combination of RC and diorama takes some getting used to, but this model also looks good on the shelf. To achieve the small scale, Sluban uses special motors.

Construction
The diorama recreates a snowy landscape and is built on a single large plate. The broken tree is a nice idea. The tank model is quite small and would hardly be possible without the special, small RC components. The motors and battery box fill almost the entire hull. Of course there is no room for interior design. In the next steps, the rollers are built and then placed on the hull as a complete construction. The typical shape of the T-34 is then created using C-clamps, hinges and slopes. There is a folding cover over the battery, through which you can easily access the power button.
After the tracks have been put on, we can test the motors. The tank doesn’t really want to go straight. He always pulls slightly to the left. You can certainly adjust something here by loosening the gears, but it’s enough for playing. The turret is small and therefore built quickly. Thanks to ball bearings, it is easy to shape. Finally, the T-34 can be placed on the diorama.
Conclusion:
The diorama is a nice idea, but it wasn’t necessary. The model is intended more for playing. But at least it looks nice on the shelf. Sluban’s quality has improved significantly in recent years, even if here and there a part is too loose. As usual, stickers are used here again.
